Golden Path

Glittering light filters through these entwining oak trees, the light seeming to flicker and change color as it glimmers down onto the spring-green grass. The brush strokes are painterly and thickly applied, capturing the motion of the branches, while the abstracted color has an expressionistic feel.

This painting was created on 1-1/2" deep canvas, with the painting continued around the edges. It has been framed in a gold leaf floater frame.
